I’ve always loved fashion, and discovering e-commerce felt like a natural fit where I could combine my creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills. I’m highly detail-oriented and naturally analytical, always looking for ways to optimize, improve, and create better online experiences.

My journey began at Kini Bands, where I was introduced to Shopify and omnichannel operations. After graduating from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Marketing, I continued building my digital skill set through personal projects and consulting for small businesses, helping establish and grow their online presence from the ground up. That experience led me to Agency 44, where I gained exposure to fast-paced wholesale operations and further strengthened my attention to detail and operational discipline.

At ViX Paula Hermanny, a global designer swimwear brand, I deepened my understanding of customer needs and what it takes to deliver a seamless customer experience. Working directly with customers showed me how even small inaccuracies can create larger downstream issues. It also reinforced my interest in problem-solving and understanding customer behavior, which I use to think more critically about product and merchandising decisions.

I’m excited to continue growing within the e-commerce space and further developing my experience across digital operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
